As Infrastructure Administrator at N8 Solutions, Brian Johnson plays a key role in designing, maintaining, and supporting the technology systems that keep law firms running smoothly. Brian leads major projects for N8 clients, including the successful implementation and training of a remote inventory scanner system for ATC Transportation. As the first point of contact for many new clients, Brian works closely with potential customers to understand their needs, scope solutions, and draft contract agreements that reflect N8’s commitment to clarity and performance. He also serves as a backup to the helpdesk team, providing responsive support when it’s needed most.

His technical expertise spans Office 365, Teams Phone Systems, Active Directory (both local and Azure), Windows Server, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL, and more. He is well-versed in industry tools such as Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, SmartAdvocate, ThreatDown, Teramind, and Symantec Backup Exec. Whether he’s configuring a server, troubleshooting a printer, or optimizing SmartAdvocate integrations for legal teams, Brian brings precision and dedication to every task.

Brian earned his Network Specialist certification from Gateway Technical College. Outside of the office, he’s an accomplished bowler and avid gamer—always ready to strategize, compete, and win, whether it’s in the tech world or at the lanes.
