He’s worked for organizations with thousands of employees and has navigated environments built on platforms like AS400s, Novell, Microsoft, Azure, and AWS. His comprehensive knowledge of legacy and cutting-edge systems gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on IT challenges and solutions.

Since joining N8 Solutions over 12 years ago, Dale has played a central role in day-to-day operations, staff leadership, project design, and management. He’s the go-to guy behind the curtain—the right hand ensuring that the gears keep turning and that every project is executed with precision.
