With hands-on experience in infrastructure security, user management, and system deployment, Riley is a key part of the team that keeps law firm technology running reliably and securely.

Whether he’s recovering compromised accounts, restoring systems after ransomware attacks, or configuring remote infrastructure for new offices, Riley brings a calm, focused approach to every situation. He’s also well-versed in managing Microsoft Teams phone systems and supporting the SmartAdvocate legal software platform, giving him an edge in serving the specific needs of legal professionals.

Riley’s expertise includes Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, ThreatDown, Teramind, QuickBooks, and more. His role also includes infrastructure management, system maintenance, desktop and server deployment, and ongoing security oversight. Clients trust Riley for his technical know-how, but also for his approachable nature and willingness to go the extra mile to solve problems.

He studied at the University of Concordia Wisconsin and the University of Phoenix, and continues to grow his skills through hands-on experience and professional development. Outside of work, Riley is a man of many talents—he plays ice hockey as a goalie, jams on both drums and bass guitar, enjoys walks with his wife and their corgi, and loves to travel and explore new places.
