Service work, assessments, confidentiality obligations, support commitments, and project deliverables are governed by the written agreement or scope provided for that engagement—not by these website terms.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, collect information through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that harms N8, its clients, or other visitors.
Information, not professional advice
Articles, checklists, sample findings, and other website materials are general information. They are not legal advice, cybersecurity certification, a guarantee of compliance, or a substitute for reviewing a specific environment with qualified professionals.
Free IT Assessment offer
Requesting an assessment does not itself create a paid engagement or require a provider change. Fit, scope, timing, access, confidentiality, and the discovery process are confirmed before technical work begins. N8 may decline or adjust a request when the organization, timing, access, or requested scope is not a reasonable fit.
Sample report and illustrative content
The public sample assessment is fictional and sanitized. Scores, systems, findings, priorities, and recommendations shown in the sample are illustrative and are not conclusions about any real organization. Actual assessment work is tailored to the agreed scope and evidence available.
Intellectual property
The website design, N8 branding, original graphics, copy, reports, and other materials are owned by N8 Solutions or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not reproduce, sell, remove attribution from, or create derivative commercial materials from protected content without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services. N8 does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
Submissions
